Incident Summary:

03/23/2019: An explosive device detonated near soldiers carrying out eradication activities in Mata de Platano, Tumaco, Narino, Colombia. At least three soldiers were killed and a civilian was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents.
