03/23/2019: Assailants opened fire on Welingara, Mopti, Mali. This was one of two related attacks targeting members of the Fulani community in Mopti on this day. At least 157 people were killed and at least 32 others were injured across attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of Dan Na Qmbassagou.
