Incident Summary:

03/27/2019: An individual identified as Rondell Henry spent two hours waiting to attack civilians at Washington Dulles International Airport, Virginia, United States. After two hours Henry decided there were not enough people for his attack to be effective and drove away. This was one of two incidents carried out by Henry on this day. Henry claimed responsibility for the incidents claiming that he was inspired to commit jihad against non-Muslims after watching ISIS propaganda videos.
