Incident Summary:

03/28/2019: Assailants opened fire on a police station in Victoria, Northern Samar, Philippines. Three assailants were killed and two police officers were injured in the ensuing clash. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Northern Samar on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to the New People's Army (NPA).
