Incident Summary:

04/13/2019: Assailants opened fire on Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) protesting the Transitional Military Council at Kalma IDP camp in Kalma, South Darfur, Sudan. At least 13 people, including five assailants, were killed and 31 people were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
