04/18/2019: An explosive device detonated as it was being defused outside the Gandaki Provincial Assembly building in Nadipur, Pokhara, Province 4, Nepal. At least one soldier was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of the Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (CPN-Maoist-Chand).
