04/29/2019: Assailants attacked Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) personnel in Gajibo, Borno, Nigeria. There were an unknown number of casualties in the incident. This was one of two coordinated attacks in Borno on the same day. The Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), claimed responsibility for the incidents.
