05/02/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting a National Directorate for Security (NDS) vehicle in Shor Tepa District, Balkh, Afghanistan. One NDS officer was killed and three others, including another NDS officer, a border police officer and a civilian, were injured in the attack. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
