Incident Summary:

05/04/2019: Assailants attacked activist Francia Marquez in Santander de Quilichao district, Cauca, Colombia. Two security guards were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) dissidents. A 17-year old was arrested for their role in the attack.
