05/08/2019: Assailants opened fire on a resettlement area for former New People's Army (NPA) members in Locotan, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Two people were killed and three were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
