05/18/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting a United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) vehicle in Tessalit, Kidal, Mali. At least three Chadian peacekeepers were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Muslim extremists.
