Incident Summary:

05/18/2019: Assailants stopped a vehicle carrying civilians in Kele, Ouham-Pende, Central African Republic. Ten Cameroonian drivers and three passengers were abducted. Three of the hostages were released on May 21, 2019 and the remaining hostages were released on June 17, 2019. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Return, Reclamation, Rehabilitation (3R).
