05/21/2019: Assailants attacked residents in Koundjili, Ouham-Pende, Central African Republic. This was one of two related incidents in different villages in Ouham-Pende on the same day. At least 50 people were killed across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the incidents to Return, Reclamation and Rehabilitation (3R).
