05/21/2019: Assailants attacked a temporary military base camp in EJ Dulay, Northern Samar, Philippines. Three people, including two assailants and one soldier, were killed and an unknown number of other people were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
