Incident Summary:

05/26/2019: Assailants attacked a security checkpoint in Zakhel, Kunduz, Afghanistan. This was one of two related attacks on security checkpoints in Kunduz on this day. At least six people, including two police officers and four assailants were killed, and another four police officers were wounded across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
