06/03/2019: An explosive device detonated near a bus for Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission personnel in Dar-ul Aman, Kabul, Afghanistan. Five people were killed and ten others were injured in the blast. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack targeted Ministry of Health employees who provided information to the military.
