Incident Summary:

07/02/2019: Assailants attacked civilians in Shibo, Masisi, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was one of two related incidents in Masisi on the same day. At least 19 people were killed and three women were raped across both attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspected the involvement of the Nduma Defense of Congo (NDC).
