Incident Summary:

07/11/2019: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near the Church of the Virgin Mary in Al-Wastan neighborhood, Qamishli, Al Hasakah, Syria. Aside from the death of the assailant, at least seven people were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attack.
