Incident Summary:

07/25/2019: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden motorcycle near a bus transporting Ministry of Mines and Petroleum employees in the 16th Police District, Kabul, Afghanistan. This was one of three similar attacks in Kabul on this date. At least 13 people, including two assailants, were killed and 45 other people were injured across all three blasts. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident. Officials also attributed the attack to the Taliban, who denied involvement.
