07/26/2019: Assailants stopped and set fire to a dump truck at the Bicol International Airport construction site in Bicol, Albay, Philippines. There were no reported casualties in the attack and ensuing clash with security forces. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
