07/31/2019: Assailants attacked soldiers in Mainok, Borno, Nigeria. This was one of three attacks in Borno over a 24 hour period. At least nine assailants were killed in the attack and it is unknown whether there were any other casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
