Incident Summary:

08/12/2019: Assailants opened fire on a soldier and a paramilitary member in Kagay, Sulu, Philippines. Three people, including the soldier and paramilitary member, were killed and one child was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG).
