08/16/2019: An assailant rammed a vehicle into civilians near Elazar, West Bank, West Bank and Gaza Strip. The assailant was killed and two civilians were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Palestinian Extremists.
