08/25/2019: An explosive device detonated along 30th street, Taizz, Yemen. Security official Lieutenant Akram Razaz Seif was killed in the blast. This was one of two similar attacks in Taizz on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
