Incident Summary:

08/27/2019: Assailants attacked telecommunication workers in Wajirko, 150 km from Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria. Eleven people were killed and three were injured in the incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram, also known as the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
