Incident Summary:

09/17/2019: Assailants stopped a civilian vehicle and set it on fire in Warpora, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The driver was physically assaulted and injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and stated that the attack was carried out because the civilian was driving during an Al-Badr business shutdown in Sopore, Kashmir.
