Incident Summary:
09/20/2019: An explosive device detonated at the Shadananda Municipality office in Shadananda, Province 1, Nepal. An additional device was discovered and safely defused. There were no reported casualties in the attack. The Communist Party of Nepal - Maoist (CPN-Maoist-Chand) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried due to issues with Nepal's constitution and the country's current government.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
