09/25/2019: An explosive device detonated at a campaign office for President Ashraf Ghani in Lashkar Gah, Helmand, Afghanistan. At least three people, including parliament member Ghulam wali Afghan, were injured in the blast. This was one of two attacks targeting Ghani campaign offices within 24 hours. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
