09/26/2019: Assailants abducted a shop owner along Tahir street in Sanaa, Amanat Al-Asemah, Yemen. Al-Wasabi was released at an unspecified time. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah) and noted that the victim was celebrating the September 26 revolution when he was kidnapped.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
