09/28/2019: An explosive device was discovered and safely defused in the yard of a polling station at the Awal Baba School in Maidan Shahr, Wardak, Afghanistan. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of two attacks in Wardak on this date. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
