Incident Summary:

10/23/2019: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near Syrian National Army (SNA) soldiers in Suluk, Raqqah, Syria. In addition to the assailant, at least three people were killed and 18 other people were injured; the victims included SNA members and civilians. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
