11/13/2019: Assailants attempted to fire a rocket in the Gaza Strip. The rocket misfired and struck the Palestinian Independent Commission for Human Rights office. This was one of ten related attacks within 24 hours. One person was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
