Incident Summary:

11/00/2019: Sometime between November 19, 2019 and November 23, 2019, assailants abducted five village chiefs in Tillaberi, Niger. All five chiefs were killed shortly after the abduction. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State in the Greater Sahara (ISGS).
