Incident Summary:

11/27/2019: Security forces identified an explosives-laden vehicle and fired a rocket to destroy it in Khanaqa-e-Maliki, Sari Pul, Afghanistan. The intelligence officer that fired the rocket was killed and 13 other people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
