11/28/2019: Assailants attacked a military base in Qara Tepa, Takhar, Afghanistan. At least 17 people, including seven soldiers and ten assailants, were killed and 11 soldiers were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
