Incident Summary:

11/30/2019: An explosive device detonated targeting the vehicle of Afghan brigadier general Zahirgul Muqbil along the Marja-Nawa Road in Jarnamo, Helmand, Afghanistan. Muqbil was killed and four others, including three security officers and journalist Sardar Mohammad Sarwary, were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
