12/06/2019: Assailants fired mortars that landed and detonated in Hays, Al Hudaydah, Yemen. It is unknown whether there were any casualties in the attack. This was one of two similar attacks in Al Hudaydah on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the incident to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
