Incident Summary:

12/19/2019: An assailant opened fire targeting the Federal Security Service (FSB) headquarters before being killed by security forces in Lubyanka Square., Moscow, Russia. In addition to the assailant, two FSB officers were killed and four people including FSB officers and civilians were injured in the attack. The assailant, identified as Yevgeny Manyurov, shouted slogans inspired by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) during the attack.
