12/24/2019: Assailants hijacked a convoy and abducted 27 members of the People's Peace Movement (PPM) in Bala Buluk district, Farah, Afghanistan. The hostages were released on December 26, 2019. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
