12/26/2019: Assailants including a suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle and attacked a military base in Chimtal district, Balkh, Afghanistan. In addition to the suicide bomber, six soldiers were killed and three soldiers were injured in the attack. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
