01/04/2020: Assailants attacked soldiers along the A3 highway in Jakana, Borno, Nigeria. At least ten people, including six assailants and four soldiers, were killed and two others were injured in the ensuing clash which spanned three days. The Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) claimed responsibility for the incident.
