Incident Summary:
01/09/2020: Assailants wearing fake suicide vests stabbed prison employees inside the HMP Whitemoor Prison in March, England, United Kingdom. Four guards and one nurse were injured in the attack. The assailants were identified as Brusthom Ziamani and Baz Hockton. Ziamani confessed in court, but denied that the incident was ideologically motivated, although he did shout "Allahu Akbar" during the assault, and stated that he intended to move locations in the prison.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims.
