Incident Summary:

01/11/2020: Assailants attacked an Air Force Intelligence Directorate checkpoint in Nahteh, Daraa, Syria. This was one of two similar incidents in Daraa on the same day. At least six intelligence officers and pro-government militia members were abducted across both attacks. Three hostages were released on the following day, January 12, 2020, while the fate of the other three victims is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
