02/14/2020: Assailants set fire to a tanker truck along the road in Pelaya, Cesar, Colombia. There were no reported casualties in the attack. This was one of two related attacks in the area on the same date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army (ELN).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
