Incident Summary:

02/23/2020: Assailants attacked an Army barracks in Port-au-Prince, Ouest, Haiti. At least two soldiers were killed and six people were injured in the ensuing clash. This was one of two related attacks in Port-au-Prince on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to police officers who were protesting against poor working conditions and making demands to form a union.
