02/26/2020: Assailants abducted at least two residents and set fire to buildings in Bambula, Borno, Nigeria. Among those kidnapped was local Civilian Joint Task Force head Mohammed Abba. The outcome of the abduction is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP).
