03/00/2020: Sometime between March 2, 2020 and March 4, 2020, assailants attacked civilians in Carnot, Mambere Kadei, Central African Republic. This was one of three related attacks in the area on this date. At least two civilians were killed and one civilian was injured across the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Return, Reclamation, Rehabilitation (3R).
