Incident Summary:

03/11/2020: Assailants attacked members of Central African Liberation Movement for Justice (MLCJ) in Ndele, Bamingui-Bangoran, Central African Republic. During the clashes, at least 40 civilians were killed. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Popular Front for the Renaissance of the Central African Republic (FPRC) and said they intentionally fought in Ndele town to cause maximum material and human damage.
