03/12/2020: Assailants attacked a forest guard station near Tamou, Tillaberi, Niger. At least 16 forest guards were reported missing following the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected the involvement of the Islamic State in the Greater Sahara (ISGS).
