Incident Summary:

03/15/2020: Assailants opened fire on the houses of the mayor and the sub-prefect in Grimari, Ouaka, Central African Republic. One Burundian peacekeeper was killed in the ensuing clash with MINUSCA personnel. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Anti-Balaka militia.
